What are skin boosters?

Skin boosters are injectable treatments designed to deeply hydrate the skin, improve elasticity, and enhance skin quality from within. They are not dermal fillers and do not add volume. At Dr NG Aesthetics, I use Seventy Hyal 2000, a high molecular weight hyaluronic acid (HA) skin booster that delivers intense hydration and promotes skin regeneration.

How does it work?

Seventy Hyal 2000 is injected superficially into the skin where it hydrates and stimulates collagen and elastin production. The result is firmer, plumper and more radiant skin. Effects develop gradually, with skin looking brighter and healthier over several weeks.


What can it treat?

Seventy Hyal 2000 is suitable for:

- Face (including under eyes and lips)
- Neck
- Décolletage (chest)
- Hands


Is it safe?

Yes, when performed by a qualified medical professional. Seventy Hyal 2000 is CE-marked and widely used in clinical practice. Side effects are usually mild and may include swelling, redness, or bruising.

Does it hurt?

Some areas can be more sensitive than others (usually near the nose) so I use numbing cream here. Most people find the procedure comfortable and are surprised by how quickly it is over.

How long do results last?

A typical course includes 2–3 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart, with maintenance treatments every 6 months to sustain results. Results vary, but you can expect improved hydration and skin quality for up to 6 months after your course.
